At Asenzya, we have the “Trending Flavors” program to help us track flavor trends years before they come to the market. Our teams identify flavors in early stages of trend development that we can take a deep dive into. Our researchers – R&D as well as culinary – gather data and go into the field to experience these flavors. The products and recipes are then brought back to be deconstructed and rebuilt to Asenzya’s gold standard, which creates the base of flavor components the seasoning blend will be developed from.
